1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ModaVerified.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

ModaVerified is a review and reputation platform for online watch deals. We provide a space for community members to share their experiences with sellers and buyers. ModaVerified is not a marketplace and does not facilitate, mediate, or guarantee any transactions between users.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each person may only have one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

4. Reviews and Content

  • Reviews must be based on genuine, personal experiences with the seller or buyer.
  • You may not post fake reviews, reviews on behalf of others, or reviews for transactions that did not occur.
  • Reviews must not contain harassment, threats, hate speech, or illegal content.
  • By posting a review, you represent that the opinions expressed are your own and based on your personal experience.
  • ModaVerified reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

ModaVerified is not a party to any deals between users. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any transactions. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any watches or goods discussed on the Platform. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Manipulating ratings or reviews through fake accounts or coordinated efforts.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
  • Using the Platform to harass, threaten, or defame others.
  • Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
  • Using automated tools to scrape data from the Platform.

7. Account Suspension

ModaVerified may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion. Suspended users may not create new accounts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
