Your profile has both public and private information:

• Always public: Username, role/badges, seller rating, review count.
• User-controlled: Phone/WhatsApp number, Facebook profile link — you choose whether these are visible.
• Always private: Email address, internal screenshots, admin notes.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We use Clerk for authentication and Supabase for data storage. Both services employ encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

• Clerk: Authentication and user session management.
• Supabase: Database and file storage.
• Vercel: Hosting and deployment.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to prevent fraud.
